    Submission of Assignments

    1. All assignments should be submitted at the stipulated date by each lecturer.
    2. No lecturer, under any circumstances, will wait for students to submit their
      assignments after additional days or weeks of grace before the compilation of results.
    3. Any student who fails to submit his or her assignments after the due date will be
      penalized
    4. Whatever such student submitted will be calculated to come up with the final grade.
      If the final grade is less than 50%, after all the assignments have been compiled, the
      student will be given an “F”.
    5. Any assignment submitted after that will not be counted.

    Auditing Courses

    Students may request permission to audit elective courses for personal enrichment without
    receiving academic credit. Requests must first be approved by the course lecturer and
    processed through the office of the registrar for final authorization. Students may not audit
    a non-required course that they intend to take for credit later. Students auditing a course are
    not required to take the tests in the audited course. Students’ wives are given the privilege
    to audit courses without fees, but alumni and continuing students will pay certain fees as
    determined by the Institute’s Finance director.
